A lot of physicians
have recommended that people should eat less at night or not to eat plenty
certain kind of food (e.g carbohydrates) at night or not later than 5pm or 6om.
This advise is good
but most people have not be able to adhere to this because of the fact that
they may be working late or for many other reasons or addictions to eating
late. Eating late or heavy food in the night is not always advisable.
It is not that you
should not eat by the night at all or never but you should replace your night
food with vegetates/fruits because they contain a lot of water which helps to
keep the body working better.
Every food you eat
is converted to liquid/fluids with the help of enough water for optimum result.
Be wise with water and time. Through enough, water blood is created or
replaced. Water is everything in the body and on earth.
Imagine a house
without water or enough water; how difficult or bad can it be? Imagine a land
without rain or water; even trees and crops will not yield better.
Your respect for
nature is to learn how to use it not to worship. Nature reveals God and God have
so much to teach mankind how to use nature to be successful.
Knowledge is the power
of information; everyone needs power but only those who are really restless
seeking knowledge shall have it.
