Why you Need More Water in your Body while you Sleep against Conventional Belief


You lose water in three (3) major ways constantly and daily: sweating, breathing (you take in dry, breath out humid) and urination especially at night and when sleeping.

It is very important for you to know that you drink and excrete water basically to KEEP YOUR TISSUES HYDRATED and BLOOD PRESSURE STABLE. 


This should give you an insight about the foundational cause of high blood pressure with many people. 


This is why most people, develop stroke, heart attack and related illnesses from sleep because of water imbalances in the body and in the blood. 

When you sleep, you lose water in all three major ways on higher degrees because the body makes use of more water at your lying position with all the organs. 

Sleeping is a time of good rest and non-physical exercise of the organs and the entire internal system of the body. 

And that is why while at sleep, a person may be sweating hard as if he/she were running from one place to the other as in a physical exercise. 

And while asleep, the most important element that the organs and body needs to create and circulate blood/cells with other necessary fluids is water and so try and give it enough water like a machine or generating set should have enough engine oil while functioning. If not, you risk dying slowing and having frequent health challenges. 

Therefore know that:
1.      Sleeping is restful exercise with the body;
2.      The body needs more or enough water at night and during sleeping;
3.      More water is used up and repairs are done in the body during sleep.
